In November 2004 (SY165), a provisional envelope bearing a design similar to that of the 2004 Flag of Philosateleia stamp originated in the region of Shakalaka. The well-executed design bears a striking resemblance to the regularly issued stamp. The provisional envelope is believed to be very rare, and may be unique.
